Peter Green is a
former Merchant Navy Officer with over half a million miles of worldwide
seagoing experience on vessels ranging from the smallest sailing
dinghies through production yachts, ocean racers, and square riggers
right up to super tankers. It is hardly surprising then, that Peter
chooses to specialise in works with a nautical theme, although he is
equally at home with architectural, animal and human subjects. He has
exhibited at the highest level both at the Royal Society of Marine
Artists' at the Mall Gallery in London and at the Mystic Maritime
Gallery in Connecticut but prefers to concentrate on commissioned
pieces. This web site showcases some of his works and may inspire you to
