Thames Steamers Limited operates the magnificent 1883 steam launch 'Alaska'. 'Alaska' is licensed to carry up to 36 passengers and is the ideal venue for corporate and private events, product promotions and photo shoots along the River Thames between Oxford and Teddington.

Public Trips
During 2012, it is intended that 'Alaska' will be running public trips from Bourne End Marina on the early May and August Bank Holiday weekends (5th, 6th, 7th May and 25th, 26th, 27th August). We will also be running trips at the Thames Traditional Boat Rally at Henley (14th and 15th July). ‘Alaska’ will also be running trips from the River and Rowing Museum in Henley on Sunday 17th June.
Bourne End trips start at 11am and run on the hour until the last trip of the day at 5pm. Trips last approximately 50 minutes and cost £10 for adults and £6 for children and OAP's. Places on trips may be booked in advance by telephone or e-mail no earlier than one week before the trip.
Trips at the Thames Traditional Boat Rally are of similar price and duration (yet to be confirmed) but admission to the rally is also required (see link to TTBR web site on links page).
Trips at the the River and Rowing Museum in Henley will run on the hour from 11am to 5pm, last 45 minutes and cost £10 Adults, £6 children and OAP’s. Tickets will be on sale from the museum.
